Associate Executive

Organizes and coordinates for a superior transmission and Writing information service. Strikes, captures and provides notes and documents generally confidential. Treats, operates, following some of the information service (routine correspondence, specific cases). Receives mail and arranges appointments, receives and screens telephone calls, establishes a direct contact with his supervisor and with the outside. May also supervise and train a team of collaborators or be responsible for budget monitoring service.
